JIANGYAN SUMENG GRINDING WHEEL CO., LTD is a Sino-Italy joint venture company, which is invested by Molemab, ltaly -- www.molemab.it. It covers over10,000 square meters. The total amount of investment is about RMB 30,000,000.

The company has advanced technologies and production lines that was imported from Germany, Italy and South Korea. Our company carry out sternly ISO 9001, MPA and En. All products have been exported to USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, South-east Asia， etc., over 20 countries and regions. All the products are insured by Chinese People's Insurance Property Company Ltd.. The company has been bought by BONDFLEX ABRASIVES CO., LTD. Singapore in 2006.

In 2000, the company invested another new factory - SUZHOU SAILI PRECISION TOOLS CO., LTD (the former name was Suzhou Saili Sciece & Technology Co., Ltd.) in Suzhou industrial Park. It needs only about one and half hour's driving from Shanghai to this factory. Saili is specialized in superabrasive tools and imported technology and equipment form America, Britain and Gemany. It has got a great development these years with its strong technical forces, quality products and excellent service, the company has become one of the leading superabrasive manufacturers in China.

FUZHOU FREE TRADE ZONE MEIDAMENG SUPERABRASIVES INC (MDM) is also a joint venture set up by SAILI and AMERICAN DIAMOND TOOL INC (ADT), America. All equipment and technology are from ADT that is the inheritor of Carborundum since 1983 when Carborundum decided to back out of the superabrasive business.
