N-Coated Diamond: coated
with Nickel (55%) to improve bonding ability between
resin and diamond. For resin bond wheels for wet grinding
of carbide and some ceramics, good durability and
high grinding efficiency.
|

|
|
C-Coated Diamond: Coated
with Copper (50%) allows reaching the higher thermal
conductivity and heat abstraction from the grinding
zone. The tools with the diamonds are mostly used
for dry grinding of cemented carbides.

|
Black CBN: having
extremely strong & highly uniform blocky shaped
black coloured crystals with sharp edges and superb
strength. Extremely high toughness, wear resistance
& thermal stability.
|

|
|
Amber CBN: having
extremely strong & highly uniform blocky shaped
amber coloured crystals with sharp edges and superb
strength. Extremely high toughness & wear resistance.
