JIANGYAN SUMENG GRINDING WHEELS CO., LTD (SUMENG) is a Sino-Italian joint venture company with the certificates of ISO9001, MPA and EN. All equipment and technology are imported from MOLEMAB, Italy. The investment for this company reaches about S$3,000,000.00. The company had been bought by Bondflex Abrasives Co., Ltd. Singapore in 2006.

SUZHOU SAILI PRICISION TOOLS CO., LTD (The former name was Suzhou Saili Science & Technology Co., Ltd.) has the same bosses as that of SUMENG, specialized in diamond and CBN tools with resin, metal, vitrified and electroplated bonds for different fields. Most of technology are from America, Britain and Germany. Saili has some worldwide top customers like as Panasonic, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Samsung, Timeken, etc. the company has become the one of the leading superabrasive manufacturers in China.

FUZHOU FREE TRADE ZONE MEIDAMENG SUPERABRASIVES INC (MDM) is also a joint venture set up by SAILI and AMERICAN DIAMOND TOOL INC (ADT), America. All equipment and technology are from ADT that is the inheritor of Carborundum since 1983 when Carborundum decided to back out of the superabrasive business.
